For the Integrate SMS gateway you have to give full account access of DLT platform and SMS API.
For the Payment gateway Integration you need to give full access of account of Merchant details.
If you are providing Linux hosting, please share the cPanel login details along with the FTP account credentials. This information is required to proceed with the setup.
For Android apps, we require access to your Google Play Console. Without this access, we will not be able to develop, upload, or deliver your app.
If there are any issues related to the server or hosting, we are not responsible for those problems. Please contact your hosting provider for support.
You must provide all required information before placing your order. If the requirements are submitted after the order is placed, we may not be able to fulfill your request.
You must inform us about all updates through email only. Any updates provided over the phone will not be accepted.
Any changes requested after placing the order will be chargeable.
The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is free for one year and applies only to our existing script. If any modifications or custom changes are requested from your side, the free AMC will not be applicable.
We anticipate the project to be completed within 2 days after receiving 100% payment and full requirement details from your side.
Once the site is live, the domain name cannot be changed.
All codes are the intellectual property of Infinity Systems and will remain so. You may modify the script for your personal use, but you are strictly prohibited from selling or reselling the script/site to any third party.
If this script is sold or transferred to anyone, legal action will be taken. Please review our legal license in the Admin Panel under “Owner Details > View Legal License.”
All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
If your work is delayed due to external factors such as Payment Gateway KYC, SMS DLT approval, or similar third-party processes, we are not responsible. Payment cannot be stopped for these reasons.
As promised, we will make your site 100% live within 4–5 working days.
Throughout the year, any errors found in your existing software will be resolved during our working hours. This support applies only to bugs or errors, not to new features or custom changes.
We will integrate any Indian domestic SMS and payment gateway APIs that you provide.
